Bridgett Comer

Bridgett is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Rocky Mountain Self Defense in Littleton, Colorado. Bridgett fell in love with Krav Maga in 2012 while training at the Academy of Self Defense in Santa Clara, California under Master Tactical Instructor and Vanguard Krav Maga co-creator, Ev Pepper. From then her love for fitness as well as her passion for self defense grew and her dislike for corporate America grew even more. Bridgett is now a certified Vanguard Krav Maga licensee and Instructor, a Insanity Live certified Instructor, and certified nutritionist. After leaving an Executive level position and moving to Colorado in 2016, Bridgett could think of nothing more she wanted than to open her own Vanguard Krav Maga training facility. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Corporate Management from California State University East Bay and a Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College.
