Kim Messina

Kim Messina is the Victim Services Coordinator for the Brighton and Commerce City Police Departments Victim Services Unit, located in the 17th Judicial District, Colorado. Kim has served in the area of Victim Services for the past 25 years, with a majority of it in Law Enforcement Victim Services. Kim also worked for the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA), The Jeffco Children’s Alliance and the 17th Judicial District, District Attorney’s Office.
