Joyce Aubrey

Joyce is the founder of Finding Our Voices, an advocacy and social group to empower survivors of sexual assault. Joyce is the author of Beyond Aftershocks, a memoir of healing from abuse. Joyce is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse by family and community. Flashbacks caused her to be divorced, unemployed, and estranged from her mother and brothers. But she found a healing community. She aims to help others find their healing and safe places.
