Scholarship Opportunities

Requirements for Registration or Mileage Reimbursement Scholarships:

• All applicant information will be kept in confidence and used only to help in allocating scholarships.
• Priority is given to members of CCASA or Violence Free Colorado who are Colorado residents.  A limited number of nonmember scholarships are available.

Scholarship recipients will register and pay for the conference registration up front NO LATER THAN April 10, 2020 (Last day for Early Registration Rate).  After the conference, recipients will receive a reimbursement form via email with instructions for submitting.  If you are an individual or organization and are unable to pay the conference registration upfront, please contact Marci Whitman at 303-521-0201. 

Applicants who do not receive a scholarship will be given the opportunity to register at the Early Bird rate. We cannot guarantee availability to claim a Member Room Reimbursement. 

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean that we’ve missed an opportunity to extend a scholarship to another Community member.  Cancellations must be made in writing to conference@ccadv.org by May 15, 2020. If cancellations are not received by this date, the scholarhip recipent will not be eligible for the scholarship/reimbursement. Scholarships are non-transferable.
