Claire Chadwick

Claire Chadwick is a recent graduate from Ohio University with a degree in Gender and Social Justice. After graduating from Ohio University, Claire has pursued a career at the organization TESSA as a Community Outreach Coordinator in the Colorado Springs community. Claire has been trained in trauma-informed care, and also works daily with marginalized demographics in preventing gendered violence and advocating with sexual assault survivors. She also commits a large portion of her time to combatting interpersonal and relationship violence and abuse, specifically within LGBT, Latina, and Native American communities. During her time in Athens, Claire created the radical social movement FuckRapeCulture—committed to preventing sexualized violence against all bodies and ending gender-based discrimination in all of its forms—which still has a prominent presence on Ohio University’s Campus.
