Boulder County's Juvenile Sex Trafficking Multi-Disciplinary Team, started in 2016, serves as the case study for this session that will explore the process of building a team and staffing cases. This session aims to give attendees the framework, practical insight, and collaborative strategy ideas necessary for building a trafficking MDT in their region or bolstering their pre-existing team.
