Legal Support

The Legal Support workshop features TESSA's Legal Services Program, which launched in 2017. Since that time, TESSA's Legal Services has expanded and provides dedicated services to victims of non-IPV sexual assault who are associated with the military or higher education institutions. In addition to direct legal representation, TESSA is collaborating with area military installations and higher education institutions to forge agreements and work together on improving procedures related to investigating, prosecuting, and disciplining sexual assault.
