Developing, executing, and sustaining a program evaluation protocol is a significant undertaking for any non-profit organization that provides direct services. Still, the valuable information gained from effective program evaluation can far outweigh the resources, time, and persistence initially required. In this workshop, The Blue Bench will share their experiences developing and maintaining an evaluation protocol that addresses the needs of clients, clinicians, and administrators, along with lessons learned after two years of implementation.
