Maximizing Mission Impact and Financial Viability

Nonprofit organizations are challenged to have impact with limited financial resources, which requires strategic decision-making and effective planning. This workshop explores the planning process known as the Sustainability Matrix Map, which focuses attention on the dual bottom-line of mission impact and financial viability. By examining all of an organization's lines of business relative to one another, leaders are able to make plans that leverage assets for maximum impact.
