Stamping out board bullying behavior!

The vast majority of nonprofit board members are wonderful, helpful volunteers who further their organizations' crucial mission. However, sometimes we encounter a board member whose behavior can best be classified as bullying - and this behavior can bring down and organization. In this session we will discuss how to recognize this behavior and its impact and then how to respond to this behavior (proactively and re-actively).
