Volunteer Engagement- Not Just for Volunteer Coordinators
Volunteers are a vital part of every community based domestic violence/sexual assault organization. We rely on them to enhance and expand services to survivors and the community at large. Together we will discover what successful volunteer engagement looks like- from on-boarding to long term retention. Additionally, we will explore creative ways to utilize volunteers and strategies for organization-wide volunteer engagement.
