Heidi Dobbins

Heidi Dobbins is Project Safeguard’s Legal Advocacy Coordinator and serves in a supportive role to the Legal Advocates within the organization. Prior to her position as Legal Advocacy Coordinator, Heidi had been providing direct services as a legal advocate within Project Safeguard for over 12 years and has utilized the many years of experience and knowledge gained to better assist survivors through the civil legal system.
