Member Room Reimbursement:

Each year, the Coalitions apply for grants that support the CAIA Membership Room Reimbursement program.  We are happy to share that this year, there will be a total of 15 Room Reimbursements. Please visit the Member Room Reimbursement page for details and elgibility.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or change your flight, hotel or registration, you are responsible for making these changes and any fees incurred. Colorado Coalition Agianst Sexual Assault and Violence Free Colorado are not responsible for any fees associated with cancelations. Cancellations must be received by May 22, 2020 to receive a refund.  A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.  To request a cancellation/refund, please email conference@ccadv.org

In the event of conference cancelation due to circumstances beyond the control of Colorado Advocacy in Action hosts,  Colorado Coalition Agianst Sexual Assault and Violence Free Colorado will not be responsible for registrants’ costs associated with the canceled event.
