Starting out in non-profit administration can be a real challenge. Kathryn will share her experience of starting a program, getting those first grants, and then managing the program as it grew and changed. Participants can bring their questions as we discuss outcome measures, tracking grant deliverables, and supporting staff while they do the important work of helping sexual and intimate partner violence survivors heal.
