Barbara Paradiso

Barbara Paradiso has worked on behalf of victims of domestic and sexual violence for more than thirty years as an advocate, administrator and activist.  She is the founder and Director of the Center on Domestic Violence at the University of Colorado Denver.  In that capacity, Ms. Paradiso is responsible for the development of a groundbreaking Center for service, research, and graduate education – training individuals for excellence in gender-based violence program management and public policy.
