Jackie Cash

Jackie Cash holds a BA in Social Work from CSU and a JD from the University of Denver, College of Law and has been with the Address Confidentiality Program since 2007. Jackie previously worked as a caseworker, assistant county attorney, criminal investigator and policy analyst. Jackie has presented locally and nationally on the topic of address confidentiality programs and is currently working with other states to establish a national confidential address program organization.

Steven Garcia

Steven Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and joined the Address Confidentiality Program in July of 2014. Steven previously worked as a judge’s assistant in the domestic violence courtroom of the Kansas City Municipal Court. Steven provides mail forwarding and Application Assistant support and training as well as bilingual services for ACP participants. This is Steven’s first Advocacy in Action Conference.
