Biography

Janet Kerr

Janet Kerr has worked for the prevention of Domestic and Sexual Violence since 1986.  Ms. Kerr is a consultant providing training and technical assistance to professionals about issues related to Domestic and Sexual Violence. Prior to her work as a consultant, Ms Kerr served as the Executive Director of TESSA in Colorado Springs.  She is an adjudicated expert providing testimony in domestic violence court cases throughout Colorado.

 

 

Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson is a deputy district attorney with the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office and has been in that office for 18 years.  He is a trainer for the Colorado District Attorney’s Council, the Ending Violence Against Women Project, and the National District Attorneys Association.  Mr. Johnson has specialized in the prosecution of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and cyber crimes.  Mr. Johnson provides training to law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates, and members of the community.
