Jeannie Rodriguez

Jeannie Rodriguez graduated from Gallaudet University in Washington DC. She worked in DV/SA field for approximately ten years working with Deaf and hard of hearing survivors. She was trained by DAWCAS in Austin Texas. She,also, used to work at National Domestic Violence Hotline partnering with Abused Deaf Womens Advocacy Services in Seattle, Washington. As Outreach Coordinator for Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE), Jeannie strives to educate about providing culturally sensitive and accessible services to Deaf or hard of hearing (D/HH) victims and survivors. She also facilitates outreach and education within the Colorado D/HH community.
