Supporting Adult Survivors of CSA: Practical Tips & Tools for Advocates
Although many professionals who work in SA/DV services are aware of the possibility of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) in the histories of their adult clients, it can still be a challenge to know how to react to such a disclosure. This workshop will discuss how survivors are likely to disclose their CSA trauma, as well as give advocates practical things to say and do to provide support, assistance and referrals for services.
